Worth writing about

• Corrections. A wrong dimension, capacity or claim. Name the page and the figure; these get fixed first.
• Gaps. A product in the range that has no page here, or a comparison the guide should have made and did not.
• Sizing questions. If the size guide does not settle it, describe the space in inches and the answer will be specific.
• Broken things. A link that goes nowhere, an image that does not load, a page that misbehaves on a phone.

Has to go elsewhere

• Orders, delivery and refunds. Handled entirely by the retail partner the buying links open. This site has no visibility of any order.
• A claim under warranty. Start with the order: the retailer resolves most cases faster than we can, and a replacement usually ships from their stock rather than ours.
• Where to buy in a country the range does not reach. Availability is set by the retail partner and we cannot open a channel that is not there.
