What this site is, where the numbers come from, and what it deliberately does not do.
Not from this address. This is a catalogue, not a shop. Every buying link opens our authorised retail partner, where the order, the payment, the delivery and any return are handled entirely by them. No payment details ever reach this site.
They are read from the retailer each time the site is rebuilt, and the date of that build is not something to guess at from the page. Treat every price here as an indication and the retailer page as the fact.
Because the retailer has it listed with a future despatch date rather than immediate delivery. The price is live and the item is orderable, but it will not arrive in the usual window. The date shown at checkout is the one that counts.
It is the product in that range with the highest number of owner ratings. It is a popularity marker calculated from the data, not a recommendation, and the range page says plainly which product we would actually pick for which use.
No. Star ratings and review counts are owner ratings collected by the retailer, shown as they were found. Our own opinion appears only in the written sections and in the "best for" column, where it is labelled as ours.
Because they already run the payment handling, the delivery network and the returns desk in every country this range ships to. Rebuilding all of that badly would help nobody. This site does the part it can do better: saying exactly what each item is before anyone spends money on it.
No, and any answer would be out of date by the time it was read. Stock and shipping destinations are set by the retailer and shown on their page.
Because a number that was never measured for that exact item is worse than no number at all. Load ratings are the clearest case: one bin size carries a published rating and the larger ones do not, so the larger ones show none rather than a flattering guess.
No. There is no newsletter, no account, no login and nothing to unsubscribe from.
Yes, and corrections are the most useful mail this site gets. If a dimension, capacity or claim is wrong, say which page and what it should be.
