Camping gear, a folded tent, a child car seat kept for the next visit. Most households have one object that is too big for a shelf and too awkward for a cupboard, and buying a pack of bins to solve it makes no sense. This is that bin on its own at 97 quarts, which is over twenty-four gallons.

What it does well

Four things worth knowing

1Nearly twenty-five gallons of volume takes a single bulky object whole, without it having to be dismantled to fit.
2The removable lid lets something taller than the bin sit in it with the lid left off until it is needed.
3Front doors mean the bin can be loaded where it stands, which matters once the contents are heavy and awkward.
4When the object moves on, the bin folds flat instead of becoming the next storage problem.
